Aankomst van alle kandidaten tussen 14-15u op de site van Landcommanderij Alden Biesen te Bilzen. Verder op de agenda van deze dag :
- check-in
- verwelkoming van alle deelnemers
- toewijzing van de kamers – uitpakken
- korte rondleiding op de site met alle kandidaten
- kennismaking deelnemers met het Piano LAB team
- diner en aansluitend openingsconcert door alle docenten van Piano LAB 2021
- Van 18 tot 23 juli – Lesdagen
- een dagelijks lesmoment van tenminste 1u voor elke kandidaat met één van de docenten
- vrijblijvend aangeboden voorspeelmomenten voor alle deelnemers
- gegarandeerde toegang tot een persoonlijk oefenlokaal voor elke deelnemer
- drie gezamenlijke maaltijden per dag (ontbijt, middagmaal, avondmaal) en aangeboden versnaperingen tussendoor
- sport-en ontspanningsfaciliteiten/activiteiten
- tenminste twee workshops voor de deelnemers
- gezamenlijke uitstap naar Maastricht (NL)
- 24 juli – Vertrekdag
- inpakken, check out om 9u

- afscheid en vertrek
