Thanks to the support of various fellowships of Fulbright, the Belgian American Educational Foundation and the Robus Foundation, Liebrecht Vanbeckevoort perfected his piano skills at various renowned institutions. He first attended the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, and completed his eduction at prestigious music college institutions in the Netherlands, Germany and the United States. That way, Liebrecht enjoyed an ideal musical education for gaining his laureate prize during the International Queen Elisabeth Competition in 2007.
